Estimates and pricing

Services start at $95. Quotes prepared from a website request or phone call are estimates, and final pricing may adjust up or down based on the home's actual condition. Any adjustment is confirmed with your approval before work begins.

A website request is not a confirmed appointment. The Maid OK office confirms final scheduling and pricing details.

Scheduling and cancellation

Contracts are not required. Recurring cleaning may be canceled. If you need to reschedule a visit, contact the office as early as possible so the slot can be reassigned.
